I am reading Making Miracles: Create New Realities for Your Life and Our World by Lynn Woodland. It will be my Mother's Day recommendation although, earlier is even better. One of the reasons, I have been teaching Access Consciousness Bars classes is that it allows people to erase negative programming and beliefs easily and to just look at Life in an accepting and receiving vs. judgmental and positional viewpoints. So just for today, allow yourself to use this mantra.
All of Life Comes to Me with Ease, Joy and Glory! Try saying it or writing it ten times in the morning and evening.
"Consciousness us the ability to be present in your life in every moment, without judgment of you or anyone else. It is the ability to receive everything, reject nothing, and create everything you desire in life -- greater than what you currently have, and more than what you can imagine.
What if you were willing to nurture and care for you? What if you would open the doors to being everything you have decided it is not possible to be? What would it take for you to realize how crucial you are to the possibilities of the world?"
Gary Douglas founder of Access Consiousness
How can it (Life) get any better than this?
What else is possible?
So for today keep asking the question or questions and see what shows up for you.
Have a life full of Ease, Joy and Glory!

My elder son is eleven years old and is just beginning puberty. He was starting to get little spots and so I taught him to wash his face. I also taught him how use a clay mask. He was so happy. He learned how to take care of his skin. So for many of you that are either going through this, know that there are some very easy everyone can do steps and there are some when a professional esthetician should be consulted.
In my youth, I could count on two hands how many times I got a pimple. However, my hormonal years are very different. My husband had to take Accutane along with his sister and mother. I do not want my son or anyone else to go through having to take a medicine that has so many side effects. Therefor, I did research on the latest in Light Therapy and found an intense pulsed light that helps kill bacteria and also calm and heal the skin.
I am offering for the next two months a special on the acne treatments. The series of eight treatments done in 28 days for $500 along with a money back guarantee*.
*The skin visibly changed after the treatment.

Today, my husband and I were talking about why I love aesthetics and how gratifying it is to help people feel and look beautiful. As I am getting ready to turn 50 in May, I did a lot of research on Light Therapies and now I own two wonderful devices to help clear up acne and another to rejuvenate skin.
I am in the sandwich generation in that I have eight and eleven year-old sons, an 84 year-old mother and a 92 year-old father. My older son, Cameron is starting his hormonal process of changing from a child to puberty. His father took Accutane and I do not want my child to be subjected to heavy duty drugs and not feeling his best or being emotionally scarred.
I love what I do and want to share my tips on looking your best. For the month of January, I am offering 25% off of facials. Please give me a call at 301.493.4911 to schedule your appointment.

I have had many variations of wanting to be Perfect. My up coming birthday in May is also causing a lot of reflection and figuring out what's next. Jane Fonda talks about wanting to be Whole not necessarily perfect. I like that along with Nell Merlino's Perfectly Imperfect. Embracing all of who I am and realizing that Life is giving us opportunities to appreciate Life. Being grateful for being in a body, having emotions, thinking thoughts and having a spirit. Just like you I am looking at myself in the mirror and wondering how to put my best self forward. I have all the running conversations about beauty, health, work, balance, family and the myriad of thoughts and judgements. I appreciate the beauty of individuality and quirkiness. I hope I allow you to know you are beautiful and that I might just know of a way to enhance a feature to frame your beauty. Know always that Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder and also in the Light Within Radiating Out. Enjoy your Light and allow it to spark the Light in others. With Love, Gratitude, Beauty and Peace may you experience it in this moment and learn to reconnect with it so that you may experience it sustainably. Sustainable Love, Gratitude, Beauty and Peace is what I wish for you today and everyday!

For past three months, I have had a personal trainer, a business coach, a life coach, a spiritual coach and counseling. As a service provider, mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend and business owner, I am used to looking after others. While I have had a coach and a personal trainer before, this is the first time, that I have 5 people in my life being my support group to help me find balance and concentrate on what I want in life. I am very thankful for having this opportunity to invest in myself. May you find your support and cheering squad in your own life. I highly recommend it.
I also am a founding member of a Master Mind Group which also meets weekly to give feedback, support and different viewpoints to help you in business and life. If you need some recommendations, contact me. Hugs and Blessings, may you enjoy being You in your Journey of Life.
