What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.
When should I arrive for an appointment?
Arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation will allow you ample time to check in, fill out an Intake Form (if it is your first time visiting us), change, and relax. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are late. However, we must honor established schedules of other clients and the therapist.
What should I bring with me?
Please leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property and we do not have lockers. However, we will provide you with a robe, spa sandals and a basket.
Can I bring my children to wait while I'm getting a service?
We do not have child care services so it is best if you make outside arrangements for your children when you are receiving a spa service. Children are welcome to attend mommy and me yoga classes.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in our prices; 15-20% is standard and we ask that you please make gratuity payments in cash or check.
What if I purchase a product and wish to return it?
If you have an allergic reaction to one of our products, we ask that you please return it within two weeks of your purchase. We only offer store credit or product exchange and your receipt must be present.
Whom should I talk to if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?
We do not do any massages until the second and third trimester if you are pregnant. Please notify us on your Intake Form and remind your therapist of any medical conditions we should be aware of to service you safely.
What do I do if I've lost my gift certificate?
Gift certificates are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We will take your credit card number and charge you. If you find your gift certificate within two weeks just bring in the gift certificate and we will reverse the charge.
